The LeanMindz Strategic Execution Skills Program Sprint, Pace Track, or Cohort is a CAPG-funded training designed for Alberta-based employers. This program builds strategic execution muscle inside your organization. Through a hands-on, structured experience, your leadership team learns how to create a complete One Page Strategic Plan (OPSP) and master the Scaling Up toolkit. You’ll design your annual and quarterly planning cadence and finish with a system that’s built to execute, grow, and scale.
Develop a full One Page Strategic Plan (OPSP)
Build all supporting Scaling Up documents (SWT, SWOT, 7 Strata, etc.)
CAPG reimburses 50%-75%—only $2,000-$4,000 net cost per team
Capstone project ensures applied ROI
Identify key priorities, accountabilities, and execution habits, and gain certification as internal strategic execution facilitators

Strategic Foundations-Understand the difference between strategy, planning, and tactics. Define core values and core purpose. Complete your SWT and SWOT analysis. Clarify your 3–5 year vision using the Vision Summary
Core Strategy Tools-Create your 7 Strata of Strategy, Develop your X-Factor, Brand Promises, and Brand Promise KPIs. Begin building the One Page Strategic Plan (OPSP)
Accountability & Execution Rhythm-Build your PACe (Process Accountability Chart) and FACe (Function Accountability Chart). Design a custom meeting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual). Apply the Rockefeller Habits to embed execution discipline.
Planning for Action-Complete your OPSP with clear priorities and KPIs. Set up your first 13-Week Race (quarterly execution roadmap). Prepare for annual and quarterly planning sessions. Present your completed strategic system as your Capstone.
